Meet Dr. Nguyen

Dr. Yen Nguyen received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross before going on to earn her Doctorate of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry (NECO). During her time at NECO, she completed clinical training across various settings in the greater Boston area, including community health centers, a private group practice, and a VA medical center. Her internships provided comprehensive training in primary eye care, ocular disease, contact lenses, and pediatrics.

Dr. Nguyen provides comprehensive eye exams and refractive surgery evaluations, with a focus on managing ocular disease in collaboration with ophthalmologists for surgical co-management. Her clinical interests include primary care optometry, ocular disease, and dry eye. Dr. Nguyen is committed to fostering a welcoming environment where patients feel heard, understood, and empowered to take an active role in their eye health. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, crocheting, gardening, and spending time with her dog.
